The equipment industry is very competitive while finding qualified employees and keeping good employees is challenging for everyone. When you consider we are a family-run business with over 400 employees, we appreciate each person and we encourage them to add value by making things happen. We also provide excellent benefits and our pay is second to none, evident by our extremely low 3% voluntary employee turnover last year.

At Best Line Equipment, our mission includes serving those who serve us in our community. Over the years we have helped hundreds of organizations by donating thousands of dollars' worth of equipment to community projects. We are known in the 13 areas we have storefronts as socially-responsible and community-minded.

Best Line Equipment helped form a non-profit 501(c)(3) called the Endurance Organization dedicated to raising funds for military veteran-related services and support.  Since its formation, through 2017, we have raised and donated nearly $300,000, primarily given to the PA Wounded Warriors, Inc, headquartered in Harrisburg, PA.

For the past 33 years, Best Line Equipment has been an equipment rental, sales, and service company, primarily for the construction, gas & oil, industrial, and residential markets in Pennsylvania.

This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania, who are benefiting the state's economy and its workforce. The program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal.
