Rentals


Machine rentals constitute a significant segment of the Best Line Equipment business. Best Line rents machines from large industrial earth movers to small event-style generators. With thousands of pieces of rental equipment in our inventory, our Rental Coordinators are the cream of the crop.
 
Rental Coordinators are responsible for the oversight of rental contracts, confirming delivery and status of rental equipment, as well as generating and closing rental contracts. They must have a strong communication skillset as they interact with customers via phone and in person inside our locations. Like our sales positions, our rental positions require a candidate who is energetic and passionate about our products and is capable of building lasting relationships with our rental customers.

Our Sales representatives play an intricate role within Best Line Equipment. Responsible for identifying and gaining new business clientele, our sales reps play a crucial role in generating new revenue in rental and equipment sales and servicing existing Best Line customers.

Service personnel play a pivotal role in the core operations of Best Line Equipment, constituting a substantial portion of our business. Our service team caters to a diverse range of needs, from overseeing the utilization of large industrial equipment to managing the logistics of smaller event-style generators. Boasting an extensive inventory of thousands of service-related equipment pieces, our Service Coordinators stand out as the epitome of excellence.

In their crucial role, Service Coordinators bear the responsibility of supervising service contracts, ensuring the timely delivery and optimal condition of equipment, and proficiently handling the initiation and closure of service agreements. A robust communication skillset is imperative as they engage with customers both over the phone and in-person within our service locations. Much like our sales roles, positions within our service department seek candidates who exude energy, possess a profound passion for our products, and can foster enduring connections with our service clientele.

Best Line Service Technicians are some of the best and most highly trained technicians in the industry. Our Techs are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, inspecting, and maintaining loaders, excavators, compact equipment, and telehandlers, amongst other fleet and customer-owned equipment.

Best Line Equipment rents and sells equipment large and small, from your average homeowner grade zero-turn mower up to large heavy-duty excavators and wheel loaders. Making sure all deliveries and pickups are on time and done safely is of most importance.
 
Whether it’s the delivery of a newly purchased Bobcat compact track loader or picking up an articulating JLG boom lift from a job site our transport drivers have the training and equipment to get the job done right. One of the positions on the front line of customer service is our Parts Specialists.
 
As a Parts Specialist, you must be comfortable interacting with customers and technicians, studying and understanding the machines, researching the issues at hand, and sourcing the correct parts for the desired outcome. Our Parts Specialists must have a solid problem-solving acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Since the Parts Specialist will communicate with customers over the counter, through the shop, and over the phone, excellent communication is a highly desired skill.

EMPLOYEE SAFETY


Within Best Line safety is always a top priority. Whether we are working on a piece of equipment or visiting a jobsite, safety is top of the list. Our teams continually relay the messages that “We are each other’s keeper”. “We want all employees to return home after every workday in the same or better condition than when they came to work.”

To accomplish these goals, we have weekly location meetings, monthly safety trainings. We offer equipment specific, and OSHA required trainings to all employees. Even the staff that are not typically in the field are encouraged to get time with the equipment to enhance every team member’s knowledge of the products we have in our inventory. We are challenged to maintain these safety targets with audits and frequent visits from our safety team, safety committee, and inhouse trainers. All new employees are paired with an experienced mentor upon joining the Best Line family.
