Jay working at the rental counter went above and beyond the expected customer service. There was some confusion/mix up on my rental and he far exceeded what most business would do for their customers. I highly recommend Best Line Equipment and the excellent people who work there. If I have any future needs for large equipment, I would definitely be a customer there again.

We had a great experience purchasing our Hustler residential zero turn from Chris at Best Line. Chris was extremely helpful and did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. He even stopped by the day before the mower was to be delivered to introduce himself and drop off the manuals. I know Chris has much larger commercial customers which make up a larger proportion of Best Lines business. However, I felt I was treated with the same level of attention and detail vs. just a number. I look forward to working with Chris and the Best Line team in the future! Highly recommended.

Anthony has been great. I had priced a tractor from another Kubota dealer to find that I was being way over charged. Anthony priced the same setup for alot less and was able to deliver a new tractor sooner than the other guys. From now on I will do all my business at Bestline Towanda.

We had done research and even looked at and priced other UTVs. After meeting with Dave at the fair, we were so comfortable with the decision to switch from our previous UTV to Kawasaki that we drove 1 1/2 hours to do business with Dave.. Dave was very knowledgeable about the Mule. He answered all our questions and we had many. He greeted us at the showroom as if we had known him for a long time again answering some more questions. We picked up our Mule today and he once again was very thorough in going over paperwork and making sure we understood the financial side and the mechanical side of the Mule before we drove away. We also dealt with parts and service and they were just as knowledgeable and friendly as Dave. We highly recommend Best Line PowerSports of State College and all the employees we came in contact with. But we suggest you ask for Dave Walker when you are serious about purchasing.

I really appreciated the quick work done on my Stihl FS 55R Trimmer. It needed a tune up and a few new parts, and it was finished in 15 minutes! Now working better than ever. Great service and a very fair price. Will recommend to friends/family.

We purchased a Polaris Ranger 900 Crew. This was our 2nd purchase at Best Line Powersports. Dave was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I have worked with BestLine Harrisburg for years renting equipment. When I bought a new skid loader a year ago I specifically bought from BestLine and was even willing to pay a few dollars (over a thousand) more than at another dealer particularly because of Barry, I knew that the service after the sale was well worth it! I work in retail sales and service, and this guy is exceptional, he always remembers my name, treats me like a friend and appreciates my business. I use him and the story of my skid loader purchase with my employees to reinforce that the right attitude with a great mix of customer service holds more value than the product itself. I worked with Mike Watson on the purchase of a Bobcat tractor listed on the internet. I was really impressed by him and the entire staff that I had contact with at the store. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to get me loaded and on my way. I have told everyone I know about what an excellent experience it was.

Best Line in Mechanicsburg was a real life saver. My wife and I had some work done on our home that involved our power lines and electrical system. We knew we would be without power, so I contacted Best Line and got good information and all my questions answered over the phone. By the time I made the short drive over to the store, I already knew exactly what I needed to meet our needs. Our project ended up taking just over two weeks - a full 8 days more than we were initially anticipating. We were able to rent a nice generator that ran perfectly without any issues, was not too loud (we live in a townhouse community) and was able to run our fridge, internet, lights, a portable A/C unit and any other necessities for a reasonable price. Returning it was easy and hassle free. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Line or use your services again for any future needs! I have rented several items in the past and all the equipment was in great shape when I picked it up. If the equipment broke down they were right there to fix it. I have made a couple of purchased in the last year. The salesman exceeded what he told me they would do and take care of. The service department treated me very well and were timely in the repairs that were required. It was a pleasure to do business with a reputable company.

We were looking to rent a hydraulic boom lift to paint our barn. I called around on a Tuesday looking for one for Friday. I know it was last minute but the weather was going to be ideal for painting that weekend. I tried one best line near us and he had none available. So I tried the Allentown location. He didn't have one either but took my phone number and told me he would see if he could get one from another location. He called me back the next day and said he had one for me to pick up when ever I wanted it. We were able to get the whole barn done and even power scrubbed our log home. We will be definitely be using Best line in Allentown again when we are ready to put preservative on the house. Chris went over and above to get us what we needed and we were very pleased. Pick up was a breeze also with the store located just off the turnpike.

" just have to commend on the Best Line Service Department in Mechanicsburg. I took my Honda HRX217 mower to Best Line for repairs last summer. About a month later is was not performing just right, but I was able to use the mower until the end of the mowing season. Returned the mower in March for additional repairs. I used the mower for the first time. It started on the first pull and I believe that it now runs better than new. I will definitely take my mower back to them if it needs to be repaired in the future. Thanks for the great service."
