2024 Sakai GW754 Vibratory Tire Roller
The GW754 from SAKAI is the latest generation of the world’s only vibratory pneumatic tire roller. All other tire rollers or traffic rollers on the market use heavy ballast and high static weight to achieve compaction.
In contrast, the 10 ton GW754 uses front and rear vibratory motors along with uniquely designed superflat tires to produce equal or better compaction versus a 25 ton compactor without the hassle/cost of transporting an extremely heavy machine from job to job. As an added benefit, the vibrating tires knead longitudinal joints and deliver a smoother, more uniformly dense asphalt finish for better bonus potential.
Features may include:
- Low transport weight
- Several amplitude and frequency setting combinations per axle
- Excellent tire edge visibility
- Great curb clearance
- Durable rubber isolator system for the vibratory tires
- Separate release agent tank
- 180° rotating operator station
- ECO Mode for fuel savings
- Standard safety features: ROPS, operator deck chains, seat belt, horn, backup alarm, electric parking brake w/ interlock, & foot brake
