Best Line Equipment Named to Best Places to Work in PA 2018!

Best Line Equipment is an incredible company. We are excited we made the Best Places to work in PA for 2018 list. We have an organization of talented and dedicated professionals, and it's because of them our customers have grown to love us. In a time where many employers struggle to find skilled labor such as diesel, electrical, and hydraulic technicians, our employee-centric strategy has seperated us from the others.

The equipment industry is very competitive while finding qualified employees and keeping good employees is challenging for everyone. When you consider we are a family-run business with over 400 employees, we appreciate each person and we encourage our employees to add value by making things happen. We also provide excellent benefits and our pay is second to none, evident by our extremely low 3% voluntary employee turnover last year.

Our mission includes serving those who serve us in our community. Over the years we have helped hundreds or organiations by donating tousands of dollars' worth of equipment to community projects. We are known in the 13 areas we have storefronts as socially-responsible and community-minded. 

Best Line Equipment helped form a non-profit 501 (c)(3) called the Endurance Organization dedicated to raising funds for military veteran-related services and support. Since its formation, through 2017, we have raised and donated nearly $300,000, primarily given to the PA Wounded Warrior Inc., headquarted in Harrisburg, PA.

Our leadership and our employees take great pride in our support of our veterans and the community at large. It is one of the qualifing parameters which makes Best Line a great place to work for many of our employees. 

This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania, who are benefiting the state's economy and its workforce. The program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal.
